Do you have an exercise routine? I think I've mentioned this before, but I'm not a fan of exercise and find that walking is the closest I'm going to get to working out. I'm trying to get into the habit of walking every morning and was thinking that if this was my 'treadmill' I'd have lots of motivation each morning. Well....gotta get out there the morning is sneaking away!

  1. I used to be very finicky about stuff like this. I would only eat at certain hours, exercise, yoga and meditation etc. Funny enough the older I get, the less I do (when I actually need it the most). I've been walking in the evenings to run errands and I love it. It's not as hot at that time and it makes me happy.
