How are you weekend plans looking? We have a dinner date with our island family, a photo session on St John, appointments to look at apartments, and the rest free to do as we feel (that's always the best.) Hope everyone out there has a fantastic weekend!

I can't decide if it was more beautiful when the sun came out or when it was raining? What do you think?

This week went way too fast for me - how was your week? I've started a bunch of new projects this week, like scanning old photos (the above photo was made on my first trip to Europe), that have completely consumed my time and have left me feeling really uncreative about posting on Sage Island. I'm hoping to have a relaxing weekend and feel refreshed for next week with lot's of fun stuff to share.

Hope everyone has a weekend full of good friends, a summer swim, and the time to watch the sun set!

 Last week a friend asked me to help her with a photo assignment using a reflector and a model. I was able to make a few photographs too!!! It was a beautiful evening at Sapphire's point on St Thomas.

 It has been almost 6 years since I lived in NYC and almost 3 since I've visited NYC. I just booked a trip to visit my family later in the summer in NJ and also plan on spending a few days walking the streets of New York. I had to look through my old photographs from back in the day when I was living there and thought I would share these.
